Ну и факторов для роста цены особо и нет, веселые фасады в новой городской концепции разнообразия явно не спасут ситуацию. Хотя о чем мы говорим. Проект по сути на МКАДе топит по 300+ тыс. руб./кв. м. MR - красавчики.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
