Начали менять ПЗЗ на ЗУ "Самокатная, 4" - это знаменитый завод Кристалл, где ранее город согласовал 280 тыс. кв. м. Проект забрал девелопер "одного проекта", а теперь не одного - Asterus.

Надеемся, что город будет требовать большое сохранение зданий завода, потому что там красота. Если не были, то обязательно сходите, отделка мозаикой внутри.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
