Очередное ГСК отправится под нож. Согласуется КРТ "Мосфильмовская, 74-78" - это между застройкой на ЗУ "Мосфильмовская, 51А", Золотыми ключами и Мортановской "Штаб-квартирой", которую достраивал ПИК. Локейшен - бомбовый. Уважаемым людям надо куда-то расселяться…

Оказывается проектом КРТ "Мосфильмовская, 74-78" занимается Самолет. Пропалили контору тендером на проектирование. Причем тендерит это все дело ООО "САМОЛЕТ-ПРОЕКТ", который вроде все должен сам проектировать. Ведь, на каждом углу про супер эффективность и цифровизацию рассказывают, а на деле проект с высотностью до 100 метров спроектировать в одни щи не могут. И да, в ТЗ реально упоминается история, что проект должен быть до 100 метров. Как в такой локации город согласует что-то без доминанты под 200-250 метров - совершенно не понятно.

Рабочку хотят сделать до лета 2025 года, поэтому старт проекта это что-то примерно в тоже время. Засекаем и наблюдаем.
