Такой проект сейчас согласовывают на ЗУ "Обуха, 3". Недавно эту площадку MR слил компании Sun Development. Ранее же MR купил проект у регионального Prinzip. Уже не первый раз, когда MR покупает проект. Что-то с ним делает, и отправляет дальше по течению. Обычно цикл няньканья был подлиннее.

Стиль архитектуры внутри Садового кольца неизменный: "окна побольше, фасад побелее, кровля эксплуатируемая, остальное в стиле очень строгого, минимального минимализма". Хотя. в этом проекте хоть какая-то изюминка имеется.

В здании на "Обуха, 3" стоял небольшой реактор. Слабенький. Но, фонило раньше с соседней площадки.
