Вот такой массинг есть для ЗУ "9-я Парковая, 62-64", сейчас там расположен универмаг "Первомайский". Образец советского модернизма, авторства Зиновия Розенфельда, который точно с точки зрения функции устарел, а прямо сгнил. Поэтому 100% будет снесен, но и массинг тут можно сделать поинтереснее. Нужен урбан-блок с башнями-доминантами, чтобы соответствовать требованиям архитектурных излишеств.

В самом Измайлово ничего коммерческого, ничего интересного не строилось (ПИКовский проект не в счет, он на окраине). А вот реновация сейчас как выпилит большую часть района, что хрен потом его вообще узнаешь.
