Другую ладонь смачиваем в масле и немного промасливаеи рыбу касательными движениями. Потом этой ладонью с остатками масла касаемся соли. Какое-то её количество прилипает к ладони и такими движениями проходимся по рыбе. Сколько прилипло, столько и прилипло.Не надо слишком много! Солим с одной стороны.В контейнер укладываем слой за слоем. На следующий день можно есть. Получается нежная слабосоленая рыба.
