ПОСТНЫЕ КАБАЧКОВЫЕ БЛИНЧИКИ.

✅кабачки- 500 гр (вес без кожуры и семечек)
✅мука- 200 гр
✅соль- по вкусу
✅вода или растит.молоко- 150 мл
✅чеснок- 1 зуб.
✅зелень- небольшой пучок ✅растит.масло- для жарки.

✏Кабачки очищаем от кожуры (если толстая. Если молодые, то можно и не очищать) и семян.
✏️Все ингредиенты измельчить в блендере. Дать тесту отдохнуть 15 минут.
✏Выливаем тесто на сковороду, распределяем ложкой и жарим с обеих сторон до золотистого цвета. Блины легко переворачиваются!
