- заключать сделки с политическими партиями;

- получать финансовую поддержку от государства, в том числе для творческой деятельности (добавили во втором чтении);

- принимать участие в закупках товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд, в закупках товаров, работ, услуг в соответствии с ФЗ «О закупках товаров, работ и услуг отдельными видами юрлиц» и участвовать в отборе исполнителей услуг в соответствии с ФЗ «О госзаказе в социальной сфере» (конкретизировали во втором чтении.

Ну и вишенка на торте - ПОЛУЧАТЬ КОНТРАКТЫ С КОМПАНИЯМИ С ГОСУЧАСТИЕМ!

А тот же Слепаков участвовал в контрактной схеме от ВТБ, который выделил на солировавшего, в том числе, Семёна 750 миллионов (КАРЛ!) рублей.

Он вдруг стал ультрамиллионером и лицом ВТБ.

Если суд вдруг задвигается в сторону отмены решения об иноагентстве, то это будет самый блядский суд в мире.

Ну ладно. Не самый.
