я розумію вона/її, він/його, вони/їх, але коли людина просить звертатись до неї на він/вона/вони, я не знаю що робити і в яких ситуаціях що використовувати, я боюсь образити людину, а один раз навіть зустріла лезбійку з займенниками вона/він/вони/воно/її/його/їх/того....
будь ласка порадьте як в таких ситуаціях звертатись до людей
