По вопросу защиты законного права свободной охоты коренных малочисленных народов России получен ответ от Федерального агентства по делам национальностей (ФАДН России) на Открытое обращение коренных малочисленных народов Севера, Сибири и Дальнего Востока РФ.
Напомним, около 5 лет эвенкийские охотники Степан Пахомов и Иван Сосин из Алданского района отстаивают свои права. О широко известном «деле алданских охотников» газета «Илкэн» освещала все это время. Два раза следователи прекращали дело по незаконной охоте в отношении Пахомова и Сосина в связи с отсутствием состава преступления. Но прокуратура Алданского района РС (Я) отменяла эти постановления.
