При этом граждане России смогут снять наличные в Иране с российских банковских карт на втором этапе этого проекта, а на третьем этапе иранские карты Shetab можно будет использовать в российских магазинах.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
