- 💜й, хорошая, помоги, - сказала мне цыганка.

- Не могу, - ответила я, - раньше бы помогла, а сейчас - никак не могу. Злая потому что я, - подумала и добавила, - и очень нехорошая.

Цыганка отшатнулась.
- Наговариваешь на себя, красавица! По лицу ведь вижу - добрый ты человек.
- Это просто на лице память старых лет осталась, - отмахнулась я, - ничего, скоро сквозь нее проступит мой новый злобный оскал.

Цыганка молчала и не спешила уходить. Все происходящее не укладывалось в привычную для нее схему работы с людьми. Она пыталась разобраться.

- Кто ж тебя так испортил?
- Да сама решила. Вот подумала - это ведь добрым так тяжело жить. Столько условностей. Постоянно нужно думать - как кому помочь, как кого не обидеть, чьи бы интересы не ущемить. Трудно быть добрым. И не выгодно. Всякий облапошить норовит. Вот ты, к примеру, ты ж меня на деньги развести хотела?

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
