С начала действия сельской ипотеки в 2020 году россияне оформили 97,8 тыс. льготных кредитов, из которых 87,1% — по договору купли-продажи.
▫️По данным Росреестра, наибольший спрос на сельскую ипотеку под 3% был в Приволжском округе — 35% от общего объема (34,1 тыс. кредитов). Лидерами по количеству льготных кредитов стали Башкирия (5,8 тыс.), Удмуртия (4,7 тыс.) и Татарстан (4,4 тыс.).
▫️В Центральном федеральном округе зарегистрировано 16,8 тыс. ипотек (17%). Наибольшее количество кредитов оформлено в Белгородской (1,7 тыс.) и Воронежской (1,6 тыс.) областях.
▫️Сибирский округ замыкает тройку лидеров с 15,8 тыс. ипотек (16,1%). Лидерами здесь стали Омская (4,4 тыс.), Новосибирская (2,5 тыс.) и Иркутская (2,4 тыс.) области.
