📍В пресс-релизе уточняется, что холдинг завершил сделку по приобретению земельного участка площадью 10,61 га на берегу Невы. На территории, ограниченной Октябрьской набережной, Дальневосточным проспектом, Ультрамариновой и проектируемой улицами будет возведено жилье и социальные объекты.
Всего в рамках первой очереди планируется построить 90 тысяч "квадратов" жилья. Инвестиции составят около 19 млрд рублей. @ria_realty
