Так, за счет него будет профинансировано более 75% масштабного инвестпроекта стоимостью 9,4 млрд руб., который предполагает постановку в серию нового пассажирского подвижного состава на Тверском вагоностроительном заводе (ТВЗ, входит в ТМХ).
