Если же «вторжение» начнётся, в течение десяти дней должны быть заблокированы собственность и визы Путина, Шойгу и Мишустина, а также бизнесменов, которые с 2017 года находятся под американскими санкциями.
Кроме того, Рубио требует ввести односторонние меры против «Северного потока — 2» и финансовой системы РФ. Или ввести санкции против SWIFT, если обслуживание российских банков не будет прекращено.
