А учитывая что отключение связи через пару часов отражается на работоспособности линий связи, это однозначно хорошая новость для нас, ведь количество звонков от мошенников будет резко снижаться.
Ну и да, то что западенцы посидят без света, своеобразная справедливость в глазах жителей восточных регионов. Думаю это вызовет оч много злорадных улыбок среди "граждан Украины второго сорта". Ибо нефиг.
