В Думе состоялась информационная встреча с представителями регионального суда.
«Вопросы назначения мировых судей рассматриваются практически на каждом заседании Думы. За первые три месяца работы VIII созыва назначено 11 мировых судей. В процессе обсуждения кандидатов у депутатов часто возникают вопросы, касающиеся процедуры их отбора, компетенции и статуса. Для того, чтобы работа по отбору кандидатов была профессиональной и объективной,сегодня обсуждаются все аспекты данной деятельности».
На встрече осветили темы, касающиеся компетенций мировых судей и предъявляемых к ним требований, проведения квалификационного экзамена на должность судьи, основные критерии принятия решения о рекомендации на должность мирового судьи или об отказе.
