В Мещанском суде началось заседание по делу Игоря Кузнецова по делу о публичных призывах к экстремизму. Сегодня суд должен перейти к прениям.
Игорь Кузнецов находится под стражей с 16 сентября 2021 года по делу о якобы «склонении к массовым беспорядкам» из-за комментариев в Telegram. По версии следствия, Игорь склонял к уличным протестам, которых не было, в дни голосования 17-19 сентября 2021 года. В декабре 2021 года, уже находясь в СИЗО, Кузнецов стал фигурантом «экстремистского» дела «Левого сопротивления» против Дарьи Полюдовой и ее соратников.
