То, что прокурор запросил Буяновой 6 лет колонии, Соловьев назвал «гуманным в кавычках» в текущей ситуации. Он признался, что ожидал запроса большего срока.
Соловьев в очередной раз подчеркнул, что дела вообще не должно было быть, так как разговор Буяновой с доносчицей Акиньшиной был частным. «Показания, которые мать ребенка поменяла, были сделаны очевидно для того, чтобы подвести под состав преступления», — сказал он.
