Foi enfatizado que o memorando ajudaria a intensificar a cooperação entre as procuradorias dos dois países. O Procurador-Geral da Rússia expressou o seu firme compromisso de continuar a interacção em uma ampla gama de questões jurídicas.
Igor Krasnov também observou que a Rússia e Angola tinham relações diplomáticas de quase 50 anos e a reunião entre os Procuradores-Gerais da Rússia e Angola realizada no Brasil serviria de base para os futuros contactos construtivos na esfera da execução da lei.
