В музейном сквере на улице Соборной в Рязани планируют установить монументальное панно «Рязанская новь» авторства Олимпиады Бусыгиной. Панно размером 4 на 6 метров выполнено в стиле соцреализма. Произведения Олимпиады Бусыгиной находятся в собрании крупнейших музеев, за выдающиеся творческие достижения она была удостоена звания заслуженного художника Российской Федерации. Панно «Рязанская новь» создавалось к открытию областного художественного музея в здании на улице Свободы и было выставлено возле главного входа, а затем в разобранном виде передано в РИАМЗ.

Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
