📝Рецепт мясного маффина с тыквой и кускусом

✏️Ингредиенты:

✔️Мясо индейки или курицы примерно 130 гр.,
✔️Тыква 70гр.,
✔️Кускус 1 ст.л.,
✔️Яйцо 1шт. (Яйцо куриное можно заменить на 2 перепелиных).
✔️Соль по желанию с года.

Приготовление:

▪️Сырую тыкву чистим, нарезаем на небольшие кусочки и кладем в блендер, также добавляем в блендер к тыкве мясо, яйцо и измельчаем блендером.
▪️Добавляем кускус, хорошо перемешиваем.
▪️Разливаем по силиконовым формочкам и готовим в пароварке на пару 35 минут.

⭐️На данное количество ингредиентов получилось 4 маффина. 1 приготовила, 3 заморозила до этапа готовки.

In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation.
