В Кемеровской области в 2024 году было добыто 198,4 млн тонн угля, что на 15,8 млн тонн (или на 7,3%) ниже, чем годом ранее.
По данным минугля региона, в 2024 году объем вывоза угля из Кузбасса сократился на 8,9% и составил 173,9 млн тонн.

◾️Средняя численность работников на предприятиях угледобычи и переработки — 96,3 тыс. человек. Среднемесячная заработная плата составила 110,9 тыс. рублей.
