Это два разных процесса, один из которых (движение к многополярности) идет сам по себе, а второй (форум) пытается под него подстроиться и использовать в свою пользу.
Как бы ни хотел Запад, однополярного мира больше не будет. Ситуация двуполярности (аналогичная «холодной войне») тоже исключена. Идет активный рост центров самостоятельного принятия решений – отдельных цивилизаций, каждая из которых сегодня осознает свою уникальность. Кроме Запада и России, активно происходит становление китайской и индийской цивилизаций, укрепляется исламский мир.
Судя по происходящим процессам, вряд ли кто-то из перечисленных желает возвращаться в прошлое, а сил заставить их это сделать у Запада становится все меньше.

Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
