С тем же набором тезисов и спецпредставитель Ли Хуэй совершал свою челночную дипломатию, объездив чуть ли не полмира. И, как видим, не напрасно. Теперь китайский документ масштабирован и «переименован» в совместное Коммюнике «Друзей за мир». Вот только каковы его перспективы? И не обернутся ли «призывы к миру»«принуждением к миру»?
