В супермаркетах много зелени, и это хорошо, только вот что они используют для выращивания (чаще нитраты) и чтоб сохранить зелень долго - различные консерванты. Готов ли детским организм к подобным нагрузкам?! Малыши очень любознательные, и любят пробовать новую еду (в определенные периоды роста), и научить есть зелень 🌿 возможно. Зелень - это кладезь витаминов! Прилагаю ссылку, в которой автор рассказывает про нюансы роста разной зелени. Я просто в общий лоток сажу все разом :) И пробовала уже выращивать: укроп, лук, петрушку (дольше растет), салат, микрозелень, шпинат, рукколу, базилик #питание
