Разумеется, снижаться потребление пластика не будет (в основном из-за Китая), но рост замедлится. Зато будет расти доля переработки (она достигнет 1/4). Тем не менее, количество пластиковых отходов будет расти. тут надо что-то делать (например, в той же Москве могли бы не менять постоянно бордюры, а наладить нормальный сбор сортированного мусора).
