Высоцкий жил и творил откровенно, честно и сжигая самого себя. Для меня, как для любого советского пацана-он был символом времени, иногда груб, иногда некорректен, неудобен, НО ТЕМ, кто всегда знал, что такое мужская дружба, совесть и честь!
Сегодня каждое его слово звучит как никогда актуально!

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
