ухвала про відмову в задоволенні заяви прокурора про відвід слідчого судді

нагадаю, це той самий прокурор, який 30.11-01.12 заперечував у задоволенні клопотання захисту про допит потерпілих під час розгляду його клопотань про застосування запобіжних заходів іншим підозрюваним у цій справі.

захист їх хотів допитати тому, бо потерпілі за декілька днів до того подали заяви, що жодних претензій ні до кого не мають, шкода їм не заподіяна, а саме провадження просять закрити.

це той самий прокурор, який задовольнив моє клопотання про допит цих потерпілих з моєю участю щодо названих заяв і їх допит запланований на 08.01.
