СГК в 2023 году приступила к реализации 10-летнего концессионного соглашения по эксплуатации и реконструкции муниципальных теплосетей и котельных Новосибирска — в объеме 5,9 млрд рублей.
С учетом плана 2025 года объем вложений за три года составит суммарно 3,8 млрд рублей — с опережением графика, предусмотренного соглашением.
