В сети Интернет вновь распространено обращение жителей Екатеринбурга к Председателю СК России о принудительном выселении семьи из единственного жилья.
Ранее следственными органами СК России по Свердловской области по данному факту проводилась процессуальная проверка, по результатам которой материал был передан в органы внутренних дел.
Глава ведомства поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Свердловской области Мирошниченко К.В. возбудить по данному факту уголовное дело и представить доклад об установленных обстоятельствах.
Ход расследования уголовного дела поставлен на контроль в центральном аппарате СК России.
