🔹با توجه به بارش برف و به‌‌منظور تسهیل در تردد و صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و براساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز یکشنبه ۵ اسفند ۱۴۰۳ فعالیت‌های آموزشی حضوری مدارس و دانشگاه‌های استان تعطیل بوده و فعالیت همه دستگاه‌های اجرایی، بانک‌ها و حوزه‌های قضایی استان نیز با یک ساعت تأخیر آغاز خواهد شد.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
