O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining “Xalq taʼlimini rivojlantirishga oid qo‘shimcha chora-tadbirlar to‘g‘risida”gi qarori bilan 2022-yil 1-sentabrdan boshlab:

📉2025-yil 1-yanvarga qadar xalq taʼlimi tizimidagi muassasa va tashkilotlarning budjetdan tashqari mablag‘lari hisobidan amalga oshiriladigan ish haqi va unga tenglashtirilgan to‘lovlarga ijtimoiy soliq stavkasi 1 % miqdorida belgilandi.

Постановлением Президента Республики Узбекистан "О дополнительных мерах по развитию народного образования" установлен порядок, в соответствии с которым начиная с 1 сентября 2022 года:
⚖️руководителям учреждений и организаций системы народного образования предоставляется право самостоятельно распоряжаться внебюджетными средствами;
📉до 1 января 2025 года ставка социального налога на заработную плату и приравненные к ней платежи, осуществляемые за счет внебюджетных средств учреждений и организаций в системе народного образования, устанавливается в размере 1%.
🖥В автоматизированной информационной системе органов государственной налоговой службы “E-imtiyoz” данной льготе присвоен ID-код104023.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
