Замена окон в Доме М.А. Долгополова на 8й линии Васильевского острова незаконна. Работы проводятся в отсутствие письменного разрешения КГИОП.

В целях пресечения противоправного деяния в отношении объекта КГИОП обратился по телефону «112» и направил заявление о преступлении в УМВД России по Василеостровскому району Санкт-Петербурга.

Специалистами КГИОП проведено выездное обследование объекта, в ходе которого зафиксировано проведение самовольных работ.

Управляющей компании «Возрождение» и администрации Василеостровского района Санкт-Петербурга объявлены предостережения о недопустимости проведения работ по сохранению объекта в отсутствие разрешительной документации КГИОП и необходимости срочно приостановить работы в отношении оконных заполнений объекта.

КГИОП рассматривается вопрос о направлении искового заявления в целях устранения выявленных нарушений.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
