Фигуранта по делу о стрельбе в офисе Wildberries отправили в СИЗО до 18 ноября

Заседание прошло в Басманном районном суде Москвы. Судья Федин избрал меру пресечения в виде ареста Умару Чичаеву до 18 ноября.

Обвиняемого доставили в суд с перебинтованными руками и головой. Он сообщил судье, что имеет пулевое ранение. Ранее СМИ сообщали, что Умар Чичиаев — боец смешанных единоборств, чемпион Европы и мира по тхэквондо — пострадал в ходе перестрелки в офисе Wildberries. Подсудимый несколько раз жаловался суду на плохое самочувствие.

В ходе заседания выяснилось, что трудоустроен в подразделении «Ахмат» Росгвардии.

Прокурор заявил ходатайство о проведения процесса в закрытом режиме, все стороны ходатайство поддержали и заседание проходило в закрытом режиме.
