Ще напередодні вони були на фронті, а нині сіли за великий стіл у просторій світлій кімнаті. Військовослужбовці одного з підрозділів «Спартану» зібралися на запрошення психологів.

Протягом заняття гвардійці виконали аутотренінгові вправи, навчалися технікам врівноваження емоційного стану після виходу з бойових позицій та пошуку власних ресурсів для подальшого руху.

Хлопці розвантажились, пішли з тренінгу в гарному настрої, з купою емоцій, – каже психолог бригади «Спартан», лейтенант Аліна Єсіпова. – Вони зрозуміли, як після виходу з бойових позицій відсторонитись від негативних спогадів, заспокоїтись. Кожен усвідомив, що в нього є ресурс, спогади, як цим користуватися та нормалізувати настрій».

Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
