В базе данных Минюста «Талибана»* появился состоящий из 9 статей в 2 разделах Закон №1450 от 30.06.2024 «О валютных трейдерах и финансовых услугах». Он вносит следующие изменения:
▪️финансовые компании обязаны предоставлять ЦБ отчетность по запросу и информировать его об изменениях своего капитала ▪️валютные трейдеры обязаны получить и продлевать каждые 3 года 1 из 3 лицензий на выбор - финансовой компании, представителя финансовой компании (тогда у них должны быть ее удостоверения) или частного трейдера (запрет на денежные переводы в системе хавала и ограничения по сумме сделки)
Вместе с указанным законом опубликован указ от 29.06 о снижении налогов, взимаемых с ремесленных производств.

They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
