🇷🇺 Госдума приняла законопроект, который позволит исключить талибов из списка террористов

Ее председатель Вячеслав Володин постановил, что проект по внесению изменений в ст. 24 №35-ФЗ «О противодействии терроризму» от 06.03.2006 принят в первом чтении и направляется Президенту, Правительству, Совету Федерации, а также комитетам, комиссиям и фракциям Госдумы. Этот законопроект содержит механизм временной приостановки запрета деятельности организаций, признанных террористическими - если установлено, что она больше не занимается подобной деятельностью.

МИД «Талибана»* поприветствовал этот шаг и считает, что он устранит препятствия для развития двусторонних отношений с Россией.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue.
