Пашаев в феврале убедил Алексея Блиновского, что за крупное денежное вознаграждение якобы имеет возможность освободить того и его супругу Елену от ответственности по ранее возбужденному в отношении них уголовному делу и получил от Блиновского деньги.
Военный суд изберет меру пресечения бывшему адвокату 18 сентября.
