Согласно протоколу торгов, компания «Константа», связанная с девелопером Coldy, признана победителем аукциона на право КРТ по адресу: Дмитровском шоссе, вл. 62/5
При стартовой цене в 30,5 млн рублей компания согласилась заплатить 251,4 млн рублей.
На участке площадью 1,98 га девелопер сможет построить 159 770 м² общественно-деловой недвижимости, из которой 27 410 м² — гостиничный комплекс емкостью не менее 250 номеров.
Напомню, что к торгам не была допущена фирма «ВИСТИ» принадлежая бывшему топ-менеджеру «Росбилдинга».

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
