Похоже, РнС на 1 очередь: это 10-13-этажный корпус, тот что ближе к набережной. Здесь 221 квартира на 35 тыс. м2, и 195 мест в паркинге. По срокам ключей пока нет инфы. Вообще же, вся застройка ожидается на 75 тыс. м2 жилья, в 11 корпусах от 5 этажей. Архитектурили ЦЛП, ещё для Интеко
Палагаю, со стартом тянуть сильно не станут. Жду планировок и прайс @iliilitop
