Малый ракетный корабль «Ставрополь» (заводской номер 642) проекта 21631 был заложен 12 июля 2018 года, стапельный период составил 71 месяц. По словам главнокомандующего ВМФ Александра Моисеева, данный корабль планируется ввести в состав Балтийского флота (36-й бригады ракетных катеров и кораблей Балтийской ВМБ) к концу 2024 года.
