Площадь каждого дома 120 квадратов, он расположен на шести сотках. Внутри они обустроены мебелью и бытовой техникой.
Дома были построены для каждой семьи по случаю 71-летия Первого Президента ЧР, Героя России Ахмата-Хаджи Кадырова.
