Согласно решению градостроительно-земельной комиссии, девелоперу одобрили строительство жилого комплекса общей площадью 7 500 м² по адресу: улица Машкова, вл. 18

Сейчас на участке находится жилой дом 1880 года постройки, его общая площадь всего 710.6 м². Здание не является объектом культурного наследия.

Самое, конечно, интересное, как и на каких условиях MR Group получил нераселенный
жилой дом под редевелопмент.

Но все равно ждем новый проект от MR Private.
