Застройщиком выступает холдинг «Экто» Юсуфа Алекперова, сына основателя «Лукойла» Вагита Алекперова.

Деловой центр будет построен по адресу: 2-я Магистральной улица, вл. 7а.

На земельном участке площадью 0,55 га появится 11-этажный деловой комплекс общей площадью 18 000 м².

Проектное название — бизнес-центр «Шелепиха». Сейчас компания ведет проектные работы.

Архитектурные решения разработаны проектным бюро «Апекс».
