Связанная с девелопером компания «Арт Рум» получила положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства общественно-делового комплекса.
Согласно градостроительному плану земельного участка, на участке площадью 0,2 га девелопер сможет построить 28 600 м² административно-деловой недвижимости.
Напомню, что это уже третий офисный комплекс, который планируют построить в районе Северного речного порта. Так офисный комплекс на 68 000 м² планируется в составе квартала Aquatoria, а также компания Plus Development построит БЦ на 32 055 м² рядом с будущим деловым комплексом от Legenda.

It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
