Деревообрабатывающий комбинат ранее входил в холдинг «Главмосстрой» Олега Дерипаски, сейчас он принадлежит Главному управлению Министерства РФ по делам гражданской обороны.
Так как Бокша подал единственную заявку, то торги признаны несостоявшимися, но продавец вправе заключать сделку с единственным участником. Сумма сделки может составить — 1,73 млрд рублей.
