Йошкар-Олинским городским судом рассмотрено ходатайство следователя об избрании меры пресечения в виде домашнего ареста в отношении директора ISpring, который органами предварительного следствия обвиняется в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ.
Постановлением суда отказано в удовлетворении ходатайства следователя, обвиняемому избрана мера пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий. Обвиняемый освобожден из-под стражи в зале суда.
Постановление суда не вступило в законную силу и может быть обжаловано в Верховный Суд Республики Марий Эл в течение 3 суток.
