В ходе пленарного заседания Государственной Думы выступил с предложением о необходимости выработки штрафов – ответственности за несоблюдение закона о запрете продажи энергетиков детям.
Продавцы должны понимать: за продажу энергетиков детям они будут отвечать по закону.
Председатель Государственной Думы Вячеслав Викторович Володин поддержал предложение продумать меры, по аналогии с запретом продажи алкоголя детям и связанных с этим штрафами.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
